OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Central Time on 10/4/08 and ends at 12:59pm Central Time On Wednesday, April 1, 2009 (End date, time and day subject to change) (“Sweepstakes period”)

Eligibility: a) The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the states of Oklahoma and Texas, USA (ENTRANTS MUST MAINTAIN A PRIMARY RESIDENCE WITHIN STATES OF TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA) who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license (“Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household of such employees) of KTEN-TV and Texoma CW, KTEN and Texoma CW contests/sweepstakes sponsors (“Sponsors”) their divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to win. (Please note: Only one winner will be selected from an individual’s immediate family and member of the same household.) Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. b) Any individual who has won any prize of any value on KTEN-TV, KTEN.com, Texoma CW, or TexomaCW.com in the last 90 days is not eligible to enter any contest currently being conducted on KTEN-TV, KTEN.com, Texoma CW, or TexomaCW.com. Any entries from a prize winner meeting these criteria will be immediately disqualified.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (or if the entrant is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence [an “eligible minor”], their parent or legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official rules and decisions of the Texoma CW, KTEN-TV, the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to enter: Entry at designated locations only. (see website TexomaCW.com, and watch Texoma CW for upcoming locations; current list is also attached. For a current list of upcoming locations, Send a self addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Texoma CW VW Locations; 10 HighPoint Circle, Denison, TX 75020) Entrant must complete an official entry blank provided at location. ALL requested information on entry blank must be completed. Information on future entry locations will be available at every entry location. (For upcoming entry locations: Send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: CW VW Entry Locations, 10 HighPoint Circle, Denison, TX 75020; or keep watching Texoma CW, KTEN-TV, kten.com and texomacw.com for updated locations.) ;Entries must be received by no later than date and time announce in each event. Limit one entry per person – per household – per entry location. Multiple entries from the same person at the same location will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, not legible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted for entry. No responsibility is assumed by KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, or “Sponsors” for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Alternate Entry Method: As an alternate method of entry, write your name, address, city, state and zip, phone, email address and age on a 3x5 card and place in an envelope and mail to Texoma CW VW Entry, 10 HighPoint Circle, Denison, TX 75020. Only ONE entry per address will be accepted for the entire term of this contest. Entries must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 27, 2009. All entries must be received no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2009, regardless of postmark. Entries received via mail after March 31, 2009 will be disqualified. No other form of mail or electronic entry will be accepted and will be immediately disqualified. Texoma CW, KTEN-TV, and “Sponsors” are not responsible for lost, misdirected or mutilated entries. All entries become the property of KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and the “Sponsors” and will not be returned to entrant.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Texoma CW, KTEN-TV or the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Texoma CW, KTEN-TV, or the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize and will be required to provide his/her Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. Texoma CW, KTEN-TV or Sponsor will file where required an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of prize.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a

1973 Volkswagen Beetle

With additional amenities and accessories to be added ongoing throughout the Sweepstakes period.

The vehicle and all of its contents will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantees

(Estimated Retail Replacement Value : $6,500 - $8,500).

All other expenses, and taxes will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted except by Texoma CW, KTEN-TV and “Sponsors”. Texoma CW, KTEN-TV and “Sponsors” reserve the right to substitute Grand Prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Additional Prizes will vary (an updated list will be available at each event.) (An updated prize list can also be obtained by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope to: “Texoma CW VW Prize List, 10 HighPoint Circle, Denison, TX 75020” Information on additional prizes can also be obtained by watching Texoma CW, KTEN-TV, kten.com and texomacw.com) Prizes announced may be substituted by equal or greater value. No cash equivalent will be offered. All other expenses and taxes will be the responsibility of the Prize winner. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted except by KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and “Sponsors”. KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and “Sponsors” reserve the right to substitute a Prize in any manner that they deem appropriate.

Prizes (other than Grand Prize) may be awarded in multiple levels and at different dates and times.

All other expenses, taxes and transportation of prizes will be the responsibility of the Prize winners. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted except by KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and “Sponsors”. KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and “Sponsors” reserve the right to substitute the Prizes with another prize of equal or greater value. Winner must take possession of Prize within 3 working days from official notification. If winner fails to take possession of Prize within allotted time, the Prize will be forfeited and Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2009 (the winner will be announced on air, within Texoma CW’s 9pm newscast no later than April 1, 2009) from among all valid entries received. (Texoma CW, KTEN and its sponsors reserve the right to change the date, time, programming and method of drawing at their sole discretion) The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and mail. Texoma CW, KTEN-TV and the “Sponsors” are not responsible for misdirected, lost or stolen Winner notifications. Any notifications returned as ‘undeliverable as addressed’ or is undeliverable for any other reason will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be drawn. (Entrants’ and Winners’ immediate families and members of the same household are not eligible to win in this sweepstakes). The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 between the hours of 12:59pm and 9:30pm. (Texoma CW, KTEN-TV and the “Sponsors” reserve the right to reschedule the Grand Prize Drawing within a reasonable time frame and date) Secondary Prize drawings (if any) will be conducted at the same time. All Winner Entries drawn in Secondary Prize drawings will disqualify entrants for Grand Prize Drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and the “Sponsors” are not responsible for misdirected, lost or stolen Winner notifications. Any notifications returned as ‘undeliverable as addressed’ or is undeliverable for any other reason will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be drawn. (Entrants’ and Winners’ immediate families and members of the same household are not eligible to win in this sweepstakes). The Prize Drawing will be held on a date and time designated by KTEN-TV and Texoma CW. (KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and the “Sponsors” reserve the right to reschedule the Prize Drawing within a reasonable time frame and date) Additional Prize drawings may be conducted from time to time. All Winner Entries drawn in Additional Prize drawings will disqualify entrants for other Prize Drawings during the term of this Sweepstakes.

The potential Grand Prize winner and additional winners will be notified by mail or telephone. If the potential Grand Prize winner or additional winners cannot be contacted within 14 calendar days after the first attempt, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited his/her respective prize and it will be awarded to an alternate winner. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity (where legal) release within 14 calendar days after such documents are mailed to the winner, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize will be awarded to the verified winner.

Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

All expenses and taxes will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize winners. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted except by KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors. KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes with any prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use Winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, photograph, and any statement or remarks made about winning the Prize or participation in the sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purpose without additional compensation. If a prize notification letter is returned or deemed undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be awarded in names of the winners and are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and any expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes/contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters pertaining to Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes/contests held by Texoma CW, KTEN-TV, KTEN.com, and TexomaCW.com are governed by the laws of Texas. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualifications and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Neither KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, nor Sponsors will replace any lost or stolen prizes or certificates. Winners accept prize(s) “as is” unless a warranty is provided by KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, or Sponsors. Once winners take possession of the prize(s) KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors relinquish all obligation to and responsibility for those prize(s).

Conduct: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted online and available via mail. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. KTEN-TV and Texoma CW reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such attempt be made, KTEN-TV and Texoma CW reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitations of Liability: KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, KTEN-TV, Texoma CW, and Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes/contests.
